I came here with some coworkers for dinner. The place feels like a diner of sorts. Not upscale dining. But not quite a coffee shop either. I tried the asam laksa. My friend warned me that it’s more sour than your usual laksa. I wanted to try it anyway so off we go. I did think the soup was quite sour and not what I was hoping for but it was still edible. I guess it tasted like fish? The toast here was interesting. They had peanut butter and another one with butter and kaya. I’m not a fan of coconut usually but I thought this kaya was pretty decent! Their bathroom was the stuff of nightmares though. Water everywhere and the sink was disconnected so you had to turn on the hose. What!

Worst Old Town White Coffee. EVER!!! !!!What a shame! Please do something about it or just simply closed your location so that other business can take over your spot.

I personally like coming to the outlet at Big Splash because of the free lunch time parking on weekdays, but it can get a little crowded here! My staple order is the Ipoh Hor Fun soup — which is a heartwarming, light and tasty broth with kway teow and chicken. While very yummy, it’s not the most filling and I tend to get hungry after awhile. If you’re ordering ‘springy noodle’, just know that you’re going to end up with a bowl of instant noodles, which is great if you’re having a cheap craving but not so if you’re expecting more!
