Love the place. A cosy quiet corner to hang out w friends. The food ain’t that bad. Will come back for more.

What a find in the neighbourhood! Flavours are excellent — try the Salty Malty and Balsamic Strawberry.
The staff are super cheery, and let you try every (I’m not kidding, there’s about a dozen) flavour before you buy — and they offer a decent spoonful too!

Love it!
Chanced upon this because there was quite a crowd in this rather quiet part of Bedok at night. And boy, I realized why!
This is the newish baby of choc-​a-​bloc, the cake shop that is famous for their chocolate fudge cakes which most of my friends think is better than Awfully Chocolate. This gelato shop is located right next to the cake shop.
They do not have many favors, but who needs so many if they are awesome! The servers were more than happy to let us sample. Great service! We started with their most popular flavor Choc-​a-​baby — which is obviously named after their parent shop. The gelato is amazingly rich and smooth, and just the right chocolate bitterness. Yummmm. Best of all, you don’t taste the sugar (ignorance is bliss).
The Gianduja is also great if you like the taste of hazelnut. Other flavors: Green tea, orange, vanilla bean, mango, salty malty! The server told me that the salty malty is especially popular with the ladies. It is like a salty horlicks and seriously addictive.
I ended up buying the choc-​a-​baby with orange, which is one of their popular combinations. It was awesome as it tasted exactly like one of my favorite chocolate flavors: bitter chocolate with orange!
Will definitely be back for a take home tub next time.
