i ate here last time i was in singapore and was tempted to have it again until i saw riverside bbq. the fishballs here are good, and you get to choose from many kinds of noodles and whether you want the noodles dry or in soup. this stuff is really simple, but simplicity is best when well-​executed.

I wish I can eat and try out every single food stall down at Food Opera… But I am only allow to pick 2 and I don’t know why I decide on

Just because the fish balls looks like ping pong balls? Just because they looks bouncy and light? Just because I love anything that are in a broth?
Anyway it was definitely a good decision…
Deliciously good… Bouncy with good bite…
Then after the trip, I read up on Li Xin then I realize because of that all the fish balls are freshly hand made daily in house with only yellowtail fish.
And so sad now, I am back in Toronto eating machine made frozen fish ball made months ago with frozen unknown fish…
