Came here for a Girl’s Night Out Dinner. I was super thrilled to find a somewhat Mexican establishment and well… This place was disappointing. The popper I had wasn’t what I imagined it to be. Not really cheesy and it didn’t have the kick a jalapeño popper should have. The chicken burrito was subpar but the ambiance and service made up for it. It’s not often you find good service in Singapore!

Came back for dinner this time round and tried new items: 1) Chipotle Meatball — very tasty and the meatball was made fresh. Definitely to order again. 2) Jalapeño with Cheese — CAUTION! This one is nice but PACKSSPICE! If you like spice then you need to check this out. 3) Adobo Chicken — generous piece of chicken that slow cooked in a plastic wrap = very tasty soft meat in slightly spicy sauce. 4) Beef Fajitas — comes in a hot plate and needs to eat fairly fast as the meat can get slightly tough when further ‘cooked’ with the extra heat. Another wonderful experience. Definitely coming back again!

Oddball mish-mash of décor, culinary dishes and crowd but somehow it all hangs together with decent, if not also rather generous, serving of the portions. The broccoli soup was fresh and not overtly salted, had a drizzle of olive oil. The paella was at least as good as most high end Mexican places in town with the notable addition of barramundi. The presentation of the South American adobe was a surprise — will leave it up to you to find out:) No disappointment there either. There is no alcohol at this place, at least not on the drinks menu we were served. Service was above par for Singapore.
