You only understand the queue after you’ve eaten your first bite of the char Siew and roasted pork. You know it’s special because it’s not your usual bright red colour. It’s darker brown and that’s because of the marinate that they done in-house. It’s sweet yet savoury, and together with the charred parts of the meat, each mouthful is delightful! Definitely a stall to return to again and again. Yumz!
