I’ve been here for many times, loving it’s Hainanese Beef Stew. But this is the first time that I’ve tried the Oxtail Stew, and I’m definitely not disappointed. The oxtail meat is melt-in-your-mouth, and the stew is well cooked and it’s really tasty, which goes really well with the baguette.

A small family run restaurant that specialises in German fare — the pork knuckles here are extremely popular, along with their bratwurst and meatloaf. Its pretty authentic, and their sauerkraut is one of the closest to what I had in Germany. Besides their German fare they have a rather extensive menu from sandwiches, to stews, curries, pizzas, pastas, ribs, steak, pie, and all sorts of sides. Think they really should just concentrate on their German food with a few other mainstream western dishes for some variety, but not go crazy on the range of choices — I think it takes something away from this place. But in any case, the food is pretty good — the pork knuckles are especially tasty, crisp and salted on the outside and the meat tender on the inside.
