Hong Kong Street 珍达记 XO 鱼头米粉

The fish head noodle tasted good. This is the most delicious fish head noodle I ever had. The soup was just sufficiently thick and tasted good while not too salty. The white noodle was tender and cooked with the right duration which was just nicely tendered and not too soft. The fish head meat tasted bland though. Overall this is a dish I will have no doubt in recommending to anybody though the price of 7.50 is usually already doubled of what it costs elsewhere in a similar setting.
