Fa Ji Minced Pork Noodles

Well cooked noodles. Had tons of ingredients — meat balls, fish balls, slices of fish cake, minced meat. The sauce is ok. Nothing really stood out. Just how borchormee should taste like.

I love this stall! It has the perfect blend of spiciness, sweetness and sourness. It’s great that the fishballs and noodles are chewy as well. Although for $ 3, the portion is a bit small for guys, I’m quite sure that it is sufficient for girls.
I can tell that the bak chor mee was diligently prepared from the noodles right down to the accompanying fresh lettuce. The sauce by the uncle was measure perfectly and everything mixes very well to come together for a sinful bowl of tasty and oily bak chor mee.
