Fantastic!!! If you need to be here…, American Express priority pass gives you free access here and 27.00 for guests. It’s right across from the ambassador hotel(6 hr stay hotel) this airpor is amazing all by itself but this lounge had fresh cooked, hot heavy appetizers(totally a meal) nice selection of drinks, cocktails and coffees and even a large display of desserts. I guess I donMt notice in other lounges we visited this last couple weeks but this one had s gym too! We were in this airport for 13 hours but it has a full mall too so it’s actually a wonderful place to get stuck!

Hellhole, don’t doit and certainly don’t pay for the experience. Worse airport lounge ever. Food disgusting nasty eggs and steamed wieners, horrible coffee in styrofoam cup, rude staff. If you see it run the other way

I had the worst experience at ambassador transit lounge and will not recommend to my friends. The lounge was too full and it was importable to find a seat together with my family and when we finally complained to the front desk they said the previous shift already closed and left so there’s nothing they can do, instead I was accused for not complaining sooner! We paid $ 100 for two(& toddler) for NOTHING and they refused to do anything at all about it. Also apparently it’s a lot cheaper to purchase shower and just add hours in the lounge which we overheard after we paid — anyways, compared to any other airport lounge this one is far from worth paying a lot of money. Oh and they charge 10% service charge, too and I don’t know what that is for!

I came to this lounge since it was part of the priority pass program and was disappointed by the lack of food options and seating at 1am in the morning. Nonetheless, the showers were pretty decent with clean towels and spacious bath area, so I was happy with the treat after a long flight. Wifi service is decent, but they only allow you to stay in the lounge for a maximum of 3 hours :(I had a 5 hour layover and had to leave to find another place where I could spend 2 hours at 4am in the morning… zzz. There were plenty of people hogging the couches to lie down and catch a wink so there were not enough seats for the rest. Also, there was a lack of power outlets to charge my electronics. Overall, the lounge smelt musty and old… probably could do with a fresh coat of paint or new carpets.

Ambassador Transit Lounge is kind of sad when compares to other airline lounges in Changi. The interior feels and looks really rundown. There is limited food choices but at least there is some hot plate. No complimentary alcoholic beverages. But lounge access does includes use of shower facilities. There are also some walk ins for massages or just pay-per-use for shower facilities. I doubt I would use this lounge, but seems like it is the only option for Priority Pass Lounge program for T3.
