The calibre of the cuisine is well above average for what I mistook for a run of the mill toast and eggs kinda place, the care and time that goes into the prep is worth a bit longer wait — the service was outstanding and I have been reccomending this place to everyone since — I think its one of Victoria’s best kept secrets for brunch!!!

Came here early on a weekday morning to try a new breakfast spot. The restaurant was completely empty so I received excellent service and had the cheap $ 9 breakfast special. I got the breakfast bun with poached eggs which was fantastic! The sriracha mayo was so good. This place definitely deserves more business.

Such a disappointment. Live in the neighbourhood and was excited to try a new place. Waited 30 minutes for 3 appetizers and while it was Friday night at 7:00 there was only one other table in the place. Beef shanks (served cold) had so much gristle they were inedible — to the restaurant’s credit they took that off the bill. Felt sorry for the waitress who was trying to make things work. Will not go back; too many other choices in Victoria — including Pluto’s, right across the street.
