I really did enjoy the wings here. I went twice last year. but by the time I went to go again this week they were gone. I have been eating wings for 38 years and will miss this place good wing joints in Vancouver a few and far between and in general over priced.

First visit will be my LAST. No beer on tap. Out of celery & carrots! When I complained about the latter, suddenly they made an appearance. Despite being quiet when I walked in, they managed to get my order wrong. And with all the sports happening on a busy weekend, NO tv’s turned on? See ya never.

The single worst dining experience of my entire life. Saturday night, downtown Vancouver, a single person on staff. The same girl who was tending bar/making drinks, was also the only server. So service was obviously going to be slow. That’s fine, it’s not her fault. I’d give her a pass on that, as it’s not her fault for under-staffing. However her service was not just bad, it was bizarre. Ordered drinks. My girlfriend ordered a margarita. If we hadn’t seen her make it, we’d have thought she just pulled one that was unfinished off another table. The rim was just a random spackling of salt. The glass wasn’t even full. There was no lime. We ordered 2 shots of tequila as well. Again, no lime. We asked for lime wedges and she said, «oh, my chef just left, so I’ll have to cut some up». What? You don’t have any lime wedges at the bar? Okay. So we waited. Eventually some lime wedges came. Ordered our food, which oddly enough was the best part of this dining experience. But it was still bad. The wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce. They were put into the basket, and some sauce just drizzled over top. You specialize in wings and sauces, and I have to drag the wing through the sauce on the paper in order to get the sauce? Weird. It says on the menu that the wings come with celery sticks and carrots. When we ordered our wings, I asked what dip the carrots/celery come with? She said ranch. But then our meal did not come with them. We asked, don’t the wings come with celery and carrots? Waitress said, «Yeah, but people usually ask for them». I said, Okay, but your menu says that it just comes with the wings(also we did ask. We specifically asked about them). She repeated«People normally ask for them though». Okay, well we’d like some, please. She said, «it’s just people don’t seem to eat them. So we stopped including them with the wings, unless people ask». So, they don’t bring what is advertised on the menu, unless requested. We requested, but then she decided to bring out just a couple carrot sticks. No celery. «Here’s some carrot, is that okay?» So, advertise on menu wings come with celery and carrots. But we have to ask. We ask, but she still doesn’t bring what we asked for. How is that acceptable service/behavior? My girlfriend ordered a drink. «A shot of tequila with some club soda and pineapple juice.» The waitress said, «So like you want a shot of tequila, and a glass with some pineapple juice, and another glass with some club soda?» Umm, no. I want it all mixed in a drink, with some ice. Like, a highball? So, what did she do? She brought a glass half full with club soda, splashed with pineapple juice, and a shot of tequila on the side. «Is this what you wanted?» No, what I wanted was what I just told you I wanted specifically, not even 2 minutes ago. A high ball. She took it away, and made it properly. Came back, and I said, I’d like another beer. She came out, and started wiping down tables. I said, «do you think I could get that beer now?» She said, «Oh, it’s behind the bar I was going to wait till you finished». I had maybe a sip or two left, that I was nursing, because I was waiting for my next one. Call me crazy, but seems to me how service works is when a customer orders something, it means they want it. It doesn’t mean, server arbitrarily decides when she thinks I want it. If you have the time to go get a beer, open it, why wouldn’t you just bring it out? She literally chose to make me wait for what I ordered. Our table had no paper towels. Each table is equipped with it’s own roll of the brown paper towels, because they serve wings, so it gets messy. Makes sense. But our table had none. Looking around at the other tables, most of them didn’t have any either. To cap the whole thing off, the washrooms were ABYSMAL. The hot water tap was turned on, full blast. And the tap was broken. So instead of turning the hot water off at the pipe, they just chose to let the faucet waste literal gallons of hot water, for who knows how long. The toilet was visibly clogged with… toilet cloggings. The entire bathroom should have simply been out of service. It was filthy, and disgusting, the toilet, and the taps both were broken. When I paid, she gave me a 10% discount. However the entire meal, still cost, $ 85. Most likely because of the drinks, but in the end, we didn’t order all that much to drink. 2 beers, 2 drinks, 2 shots of tequila. TL;DR: Food: not good. Service: terrible. Cleanliness: C —, cost: overpriced. Bizarre factor: strangely present.

Well we were craving for wings for a while and we went in this place. I apologize in advance if I sound a bit more disappointed. If you(1) would like to spend 30 mins waiting for two plates of chilled wings,(2) you are there to hang out with friends not really for the food, and/or(3)you are really not that hungry, I’d still kinda recommend this place to y’all. Have fun and good luck :)

The service is always horrible here. They are slow at bringing you drinks and never ask if you need refills, you have to find them and ask them. We used to look over that though because the food was awesome, a very large menu with lots of options and reasonable price(around $ 10 per entrée). HOWEVER, the last two times the service was somehow even worse(did not think that was possible!!) and the food was disgusting. Not recommended at all.

Probably the most expensive wings I’ve ever ordered. We ordered the double wings(roughly 2 lbs or 20 wings) for $ 21.49. That’s over $ 1 per wing. Now I might be willing to accept that price if these were the best wings in the world, but they were mediocre at best. Clearly frozen out of the box. I could have bought the same quality wings from Costco. It’s a crazy business model when you think of it. Why would you open a wing restaurant that boast 100+ flavors but costs $ 30+ to try 3 flavors? Here’s the kicker… we had 4 beers with our meal. The wings cost the exact same as 4 beers. How is that even possible. I will add the staff is really nice. Pro tip: You can request«non-family» friendly songs through the jukebox using a mobile app(for a small fee). This almost made the outrageous bill worth it.

We anxiously awaited the opening of this place… and it was well worth the wait! The food is delicious. We had the coconut shrimp, the traditional breaded wings with honey BBQ, garlic parmesan, and sweet brunette(a combo of the two flavors we got) and a Caesar salad. The salad was crunchy & had the garlic parm dressing on it, it was dressed well, not too much dressing like often happens with Caesars. The coconut shrimp were fried to perfection and remind me of the ones I get back home in Florida at my favorite restaurant at the beach. The wings flavors are delicious as well, of course! Everyone’s favorite was definitely the sweet brunette. It was a great flavor combo! Service was good as well, although when my teenager ordered a water &7-up the girl seemed a tad confused but we eventually got both! ;) This is a great place, I definitely recommend checking it out. The interior reminds me of a Hooters from the states. Big booths, lots of TVs and a bar :)

After waiting(not so patiently) for this place to open, I finally found some time to check it out. It competes well against the other options on the street with different specials happening every day. It’s a bit complicated though, with each wing flavour available in regular, unbreaded(naked), or boneless. Me and two friends picked out the follow flavours: — Daisy Duke: the best one, a nice blend of savoury and sweet — I am Canadian: the least liked one, pretty sour and couldn’t taste the maple — Smokey Gar Par: okay, but the gar par sauce was pretty salty We also ordered the happy hour appies(buy one get one free Monday to Thursday from 2 — 5 and 10 — close), and picked out big country calamari and the forty creek button bones(mini ribs). They were both really good, and the batter on the calamari made it the winner of the meal(I know, I’m just as surprised!) Service was good — our server seemed pretty shy, but she was really nice and checked up on us often. I think it may be a bit pricy, but the do have a ton of flavours and I’ll have to head back a few times to find some that I like. Monday Special: 69c a boneless wing Tuesday Special: 1.5lbs for 1 lb of wings($ 11) Wednesday Special: $ 9 for pint and burger Thursday Special: $ 14 for pint and pound Sunday Special: 59c a wing
