White Spot

Well it is white spot so its not bad. This location is actually very very busy and the servers are… confused… but the food is good. I often get either the legendary burger, chicken burger or the chicken wrap. I usually get it with salad because as long as one person in your party gets fries, we all get fries!

Good typically comes out slow but the customer service is always great. Food is excellent.

Usually we experience consistent service from this family friendly chain but this time, it was very disappointing. Our server was practically non-​existent, our salad was missing the candied pecans, the chicken pot pie was a half filled ceramic dish with pastry on top (on the plus side, the pastry was good, nice, fluffy, and hot), they forgot our drink, the grapes we got with the pirate pak looked dead… Seriously dead… They were purple grapes that looked greyish/​black and pretty inedible especially around the stem (yuck), and it took forever to get our bill, and then took ages for the server to come and process our payment (we thought they were minting coins for us).
The server seemed nice enough and I don’t mean to be too negative but it was a Sunday, late afternoon, and after the busy brunch rush, so I had less reason to be understanding. Overall, it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t really good either. All the little annoying things resulted in a so-​so experience.

I think price are a little high for what they serve. Waitress was friendly my only problem is two times in a row now, the washroom were so messed up. I’m not going into details here but it basically ruined my meal. We still like white spot in general but will drive longer to the Oakridge mall location instead

Service is fast and attentive even when its busy. Food quality is consistent. Loved the manager Peter, saw him handle a customer complaint very professionally. Having a big parking lot is also a plus.

Typical White Spot. I remember coming here with my Grandma when I was a little girl and they had a smoking section at the back and the non-​smoking at the front. My Grandma was allergic to smoke and all seems to weird now. Obviously that would never work, haha.
I like this one because it’s old school. You can still do the park and eat method. You drive, park and turn your head lights on for service. My boyfriend never wants to do it because it will get the car all messy, but it’s a fun experience!
I’ve found this location is actually quite slow. One time I also lost something here and the people weren’t terribly helpful. I think it was the manager, but she said she would call me back and let me know but never did.
