Great customer service, our waitress checked on us multiple times to make sure we were doing okay.
The food is average for a white spot. The spot salad was a little bland in comparison to a different white spot I frequent.
As this location is very busy, food does take a while to come.

We came here for dinner tonight, and one of our burgers had pink in it. The manager was called over (didnt get her name but she was a blonde lady) and could see I was unhappy with it and insisted and went above and beyond to fix everything. Just wanted towrite a review about the excellent customer service we received here! Apologies from the people who thought it was a good idea to bring in our teething 1 year old an hour past his bedtime… (If you read this the comment about ordering take-​out next time wasnt referencing pizza, I meant take out from here so not to have our toddler disrupt the dining room)

Out of all the White Spot locations this is the one that I frequent the most. This is by my house which is walking distance (reasonable). My family has been going here for years. I used to know the owners of this location before they changed over. Most here know my mom and I by name. Lots of booth seating, super friendly service. It’s one of the few WS locations that I am comfortable without judgement in making grand alterations to my food due to an eating plan. They even have made stuff slightly off the menu for us.

I’ve been going here for years!
It’s been renovated in last few years so it looks way better than it used too.
Firstly and most importantly, the food is always good. It always tastes great. I can’t remember a time I ordered something and it didn’t taste good. Burgers, fries, brunch etc all really good.
The ambiance despite renovations is meh but that’s typical of this chain in general.
The main reason I’m giving this place only 3 stars is because of the service. Honestly some of the servers here really don’t like thier job and it shows. There are two severs I dread getting. I think they’ve been there too long. Sometimes you have to constantly flag them down… not always but still. The hostess is always great. She will accomodate you and is always pleasant.

This is one of my go to’s for a quick satisfying meal. This is a classic diner and so I always order their classic Monty mushroom burger! Been coming here since I was a baby!
My second favorite is their beef dip. The meat is nice and juicy. This location also has the drive-​in takeout menu where you park your car after you order and they bring the food to you.

Came here for the Pirate Pak Day.
Since it was a special day, and all the other locations were extremely busy, we thought this one would have had less of a line.
Unfortunatley, because it was so busy compared to the usual, there was a long line. Once we sat down, it took another 10 minutes before our waitress came. Food of course took longer because of the number of orders the kitchen was getting.
I would come back on a normal day just to see how the regular service was. But I wasn’t as impressed on this day — as to be expected.

We order our take away from here on the way home from work, or use the car service which is fun. Always good food, hot, tasty and great service.
