On Site has superior customer service skills. They’re reliable, friendly, and go above and beyond to take care of the issues. If ever I had another pest (in my situation rats) I could call Steve and he always did his best to come asap. He was knowledgeable, thorough and dedicated. I highly recommend OnSite.

I didn’t end up using their services, however, out of all the pest control companies I sent an inquiry to on behalf of myself and my mom this was one of the only 4 that cared to respond. The problem solved itself thankfully but communication is a big thing with me, therefore, very grateful that they took time to answer my question during the busiest season for pest control.

Moved into a new apartment and quickly realised that we had a mice problem. Called On Site and they were able to schedule us in for an inspection later that day which was great. The guy showed up and thoroughly inspected everywhere. He was very knowledgeable. He found where the problem was and got to work. We’re now mouse free. Would highly recommend OnSite they were fast, friendly and efficient. Id definitely use them again.
