I was very impressed that Ahlaam the head manger had gone out of his way to look up my number and called me to defuse the situation. Ahlaam was very understanding and professional, his words seems very genuine. From this gesture Ahlaam had made me felt listened to, and now I’m more confident that I will not have to encounter the same situation again. I will continue using their services because of the great guest services from the upper management.

This is for the Burnaby Location on Lougheed. Please please please do not go here especially if you value your clothes. Took my clothes here for the convenience that it was nearby, biggest mistake of my life. I have only myself to blame for my jeans now ruined. I will regret that choice for a long time. I never give negative reviews like this, but this is deserving of it. I hope that this will allow others thinking about taking their clothes here think twice and make a better decision. Do not make the same mistake I did. Update*: just found out my jacket got ruined as well, a 800 jacket with the a piece of the drawstring missing.
