Same story as others. Inconsistent pricing. Over the phone and at the store. Groupon pricing is different too.

New owners as of last month. Japanese ownership with experience in dry cleaning from Japan. Glad to hear this because the biggest problem with this industry is service! Great to see this place getting some changes and revitalizing an old business. Competitive pricing and friendly knowledgable service. Did you know that 40 years ago, many Japanese had drycleaning businesses?

Poor customer service. I asked them what their prices were before telling them about my Groupon. They then raised the prices and said what she quoted me was a special price on shirts and with groupon it would be regular price. I asked for a price list and she said it was online and gave me another site and said their prices are online. I dont see it anywhere. Why would they publish their pricing? No drycleaner does it. This is borderline fraud.

I truly wish that I had read the reviews before buying a groupon to this place. I brought 6 items in for dry-cleaning, and they seem fine. But the reason I will not be coming back to this place, is because of the customer service. She did the calculations and gave me a price. I went back a week and a half later to pick up the items, at which time I was informed that the price was actually $ 15 more than what I was told, and what was on my stub. She mentioned that it was a mistake in their calculation, but that this was the amount I had to pay now. I said to her that the amount that I expected to pay was what was on my stub, and not $ 15 more, and that this was not my mistake. She proceeded to tell me that when the business is doing the calculating, the customer should also be paying attention. I was appalled by the customer service. I also couldn’t believe that I was being argued with on the point that even though it was THEIR mistake, I should pay for it!!! I was on my way to a function, and had to get out of there, and did not have the time to argue. She finally conceded in what was at least 15 minutes, and I paid the amount I was originally supposed to pay. It was a very disappointing experience.

This place is the devil incarnate. If he/she went into the dry cleaning business. I thought I was taking my dress to Busy Bee Gold and I accidentally dropped it off here instead. The dress was silk and they ended up scrubbing at the raw silk edges to get a spot off, completely fraying the material in the process. Needless to say I was devastated when I picked the dress up… because it WASMYWEDDINGDRESS. The woman behind the counter was so rude. She lied to my face and said the dress entered their doors in that condition. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer. What a terrible place. Terrible customer service, terrible craftsmanship and now, a terrible review.

Absolutely devastating experience. I came here once got 2 blouses and 2 pants dry cleaned. They were all very expensive Aritzia clothes which had only been worn a couple times. These people stretched out the waist band of one of the trousers to the point that it is unwearable. They also failed to notice the buttons which were hidden on the blouse and now there are circles from the buttons which are burnt into the material as well as a couple melted buttons. HORRIBLE– RUINEDCLOSETO $ 500OFCLOTHESINONEGO. STAYAWAY. Also notice they are TRYINGTOMISLEADCUSTOMERSINTOTHINKINGTHISIS «BUSYBEEGOLD» with the similar name and logo– THISISNOTTHESAMECOMPANY!!!
