decent food and great coffee, but wayyyyy too overpriced. conveniently located in the building i work in though, so i used to come here a lot when i first started work and was too lazy to make my own breakfast/lunch, but after my bank account started disappearing, the only times i’m here now is when i don’t have time to make coffee in the morning or need a second coffee in the day. it’s a shame that everything on the menu is so expensive because it’s not bad food, but not worth the $$ they’re asking for.

I first discovered this place when on the hunt for breakfast on my way in to work from the seabus. Hello breakfast bagel! For $ 4.75 you get an egg/cheese/bacon or ham bagel and a coffee or tea. I used to go here basically everyday and the girls who worked the morning got to know me to the point where as soon as I walked in they were grabbing my bagel and pouring my large English Breakfast tea(with room). When I started going a bit less(trying to save money when I decided I needed a mortgage) they noticed and gave me pouty eyes when I did show up. I have since stopped going altogether(see above, mortgage, plus I don’t walk past anymore) BUT! they haven’t lost my business! I now turn to this location when I need my office lunch catering needs fulfilled. Ronan, the manager, is super friendly and really quick to confirm emailed catering orders and let you know if they’re out of any of your chosen items. There have been times when I haven’t gotten EXACTLY what I ordered, but the mistakes have been minor(an extra blueberry bar instead of a lemon bar, stuff like that) and everything is always delicious. Most of their sandwiches are paninis served warm which is a nice change from most sandwich catering situations, and my go-to salads are the tortellini(this is a big hit at the office though beware the olives — easy to pick out and don’t overpower the flavour), tomato boccacini and spicy peanut coleslaw. The others are good as well. But be warned, a «large» salad actually comes in a single serve container so really not large at all. Therefore, if you’re ordering for a group, order at least 2 of each. Their prices are quite reasonable and delivery is prompt and friendly(Ronan is usually the one who actually shows up at my office in his delivery rounds). Their presentation is quite nice as well. Thumbs up!

Good food on the go! Just what everyone in this area is looking for considering the amount of offices in the area. Lunch time rolls around and this place is PACKED — but it’s spacious enough not to make you feel clausterphobic! They have seating upstairs so you’re not around all the people waiting for take out… and the seats are actually comfy! The food is delicious as always. My favorite is the veggie lasagna — i’d say that i could eat it everyday for the rest of my life, but that would be a lie. I’d probably get sick after about 5 days, well maybe 4… but then I could have their maccaroni and cheese!
