I go to this place expecting a good haircut as they seem professional, I get a guy who doesn’t speak English or French and that can’t follow directions when I physically show him what blade to use on the clippers. I immediately regretted the decision to come here for a cut once he starts hacking away at my hair. I tell the guy #2 on the sides and a trim up too with scissors(as my hairs not long, I just like to be clean cut), the guy gives me some half ass fade which I didn’t even want in the first place. Horrible decision on my behalf and a waste of 20 $, the best part was when I got to leave.

I’ve lived in Ottawa for two years, and one of my biggest pet peeves was that I just couldn’t find a barber that I liked. And if I did find one that had mad skills, they would just up and leave the shop(I’m guessing this isn’t my fault… hmmm). Finally, a friend recommended Johnny Razors, and I’ll never go anywhere else for my haircut. Need a place to share your opinion about the latest basketball game, even if you’ll get put in your place once you do? Or how about a place to watch the world cup while one of the many talented barbers shapes your beard with pinpoint precision? Well how about the best haircut you’ll get in town? That should suffice, eh, you ungrateful little… :P I’ve had a few haircuts here, by Wilmer and by the famous Johnny himself. Both were exceptional. They ask you what you want, give you advice on what’s the latest look or what will suit you best, and then execute it to perfection. You want to make it shorter? No problem. You want to make it longer? You fool! Honestly, I’ve never had someone treat my beard with so much respect, not even I do! I always come out looking great(subjective, naturally) and feeling pampered. Oh, and let’s not forget one of the best parts, the hot towel at the end of the haircut/beard trim. Heaven! The prices here are super reasonable, cheaper than any salon or other barber you’ll find with the same quality. This is my only recommendation for a barber in town, you won’t be sorry!
