worst experience of my life. everyone in there is rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. they charge residence an insane amount a month to live in this area. they take $ 1,754,476 a year from us to go towards making our area the «best» yet I see graffiti everywhere, dead trees/​plants, uneven pavement, potholes, ruts, vandalism, shop thefts, car breakins… half the community vandalism doesn’t get fixed for months on end. we also pay for snow removal MY STREET IS STILL COVERED IN SNOW FROM TWO DAYS AGO NOT ONE TRUCK CAME BY!!! I can go on and on about this crappy place
