South Fish Creek Recreation Association

This new centre houses the YMCA a Calgary library and is attached to a high school. It has about 4 or 5 gyms and it’s a perfect place to hold an event. The gym that was used for the break dancing battle was very near to the front door of the centre so it was accessible to the participants and the folks attending the event. There is tons of free parking as well at this recreation centre which is always a plus.
The gym also has two door areas that you have to pass so the very loud music was not at all affecting the people in the food court or folks visiting the library and the attached YMCA
It’s a really clean venue with tons of room, great acoustics and seating and table if you need it. The people who work there are courteous and kind and very pleasant in directly visitors to the designated area.
