my review is the one inside Chapters and a great one for group meetings since it is fairly loud here.
lots of seating on either side of the counter, as another ‘patio’ juts out to the walkway of the bookstore, big square communal table. near the magazines.
I like this one because of the 10pm closing hours, in time before the late movie.

This location is just almost outside Metrotown when you get off the skytrain taking the sky walk beside A&W. It is a very small store and narrow, therefore, if there is a line up don’t be discouraged, it’s just the shape of the store that makes the line up longer than it really is. Service is fast and the customer service has always been friendly.
