I was here already few times and every time I ate Sushi.
This time I tried out Ramen, Ramen is a kind of Japanese noodles in soup. However, they said it’s Korea noodles in soup in their Menu. Anyway I tried out. I was totally disappointed. It was like a kind of instant noodle then put some veggie and beef. The soup was no taste at all and the beef was very very tough.
There are wide range of choices in their Menu. I can say some restaurants try to increase their choice in their Menu but a lot of dishes are not up to standard. I came across there are some restaurants are only selling one kind of food but there are long queue in front of their door. This restaurant made very good Sushi and why they don’t concentrate on the food they are strong with ???
In any case, I had reviewed my disappointment with the witness and they told me their boss is a Korean and not Japanese.

On a 5 minute walk from the central station I found this Thai/​Japanese restaurant. Small, but cosy. Restaurant entourage was sparse, not that many oriental stuff on the walls like you see in so many other Asian restaurants. Light is semi bright, you can actually see what your eating… (and who your talking to)
The Japanese Asai beer on the menu was not available, had to revert to Kirin (also ok!).
Tried Sashimi moriawase (mixed raw fish) for starters and a hot Thai beef curry as main course.
It took a considerable amount of time to serve the starting course. The Sashimi was almost worth the wait, very tasty fish indeed. The surimi sticks could have been replaced by some other fresh fish (not so very original.).Only the wasabi was not as spicy and hot as I hoped for.
The main course, curry beef, was exactly what I hoped for. Very hot and tasty! Albeit that the beef was a little overcooked and hence not that tender as it could have been. All in all a okay experience, but not so excellent as other reviewers indicated.

Ganz sympathisches, kleines Restaurant. Während wir draußen sitzen, begrüßen alle Einheimischen die Kellner. Essen, Mittagskarte: Preis und Leistung sehr sehr gut.

The food was great. Small place but good atmosphere. The service was good but they had to ask several times if we were done so they could take our plates even though we clearly weren’t done eating.
I would highly recommend the food. The warm sushi dish was delicious.

Sehr angenehmes kleines Lokal mit herzlichem Personal, angenehm gemischtem Publikum vom Anzugträger bis zum Hipster und fairen Preisen für sehr gutes essen.
Die Bierkarte liest sich wie ein Traum — Singha aus Thailand, Tiger aus Singapur, Kirin und Asahi aus Japan sowie die Klassiker des (Nord-)deutschen Bieres.
Der Innenraum wird sehr effektiv, um nicht zu sagen eng, bestuhlt. Der Abstand ist aber groß genug um sich nicht gegenseitig zu stören.
Die Karte ist typisch asiatisch überladen — man versucht es möglichst vielen Leuten recht zu machen. Dazu kommen noch 6 oder 7 Tagesgerichte. Das ist vielleicht etwas viel, und ich wünschte mir der Trend zur kleinen Karte würde auch in der asiatischen Szene ankommen.
Neben Südostasiatischen Spezialitäten (Mit Fokus Thailand) und Kassenschlagern wie gebackenes Huhn in Süß-​saurer Soße kriegt man hier auch noch gutes Sushi.

Sehr leckeres Essen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Finde das Ambiente dort auch recht schön.

Bestes Sushi in St. Georg. Einwenig überfreundliche Bedienung aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Günstiges Essen und trotzdem gute Qualität.

Der gegrillte Tintenfisch war sehr lecker als Nachtisch gebackene Banane. Die beste die ich je gegessen habe! Angenehme Stimmung und freundliches personal

Restaurant à sushi correct/​de base. C’est frais, le service est aimable, et c’est pas cher, mais c’est dans la norme pour des sushis «non japonais». Pas testé les plats thai.

Ich war nun bereits drei Mal hier und habe sowohl Sushi, als auch verschiedene Thai Gerichte gegessen. Alles hat mir gut geschmeckt und schien frisch.
Die Bedienung ist freundlich, leider aber nicht wirklich deutschprachig.
Die Wartezeit auf das Essen empfand ich als ein wenig zu lang.

Lecker und die thailändischen Speisen sind vergleichsweise preiswert. Hier werde ich gerne wieder hingehen.

Went here recently as one of my colleagues recommended it. Everything was tasty and seemed fresh. The place was packed at lunch so many other people also seem to think the place is good. It’s fairly tight seating-​wise but again, if a lot of people are here, things are being prepared fresh and it’s a good sign in my eyes. There is an extensive menu and the pricing is definitely fair for the area. There is also seating out front if the weather plays along. I wouldn’t call this place a «destination» but surely a good choice if in the area.

Ich war jetzt schon zweimal hier. Einmal zum Sushi und das andere mal zum Mittagessen. Das Sushi war sehr lecker und hat wirklich frisch geschmeckt. Beim zweiten Besuch hatte ich das Mittagsmenü, das es auch Samstags gibt, genommen. Ich hatte Tintenfisch mit Reis und Gemüse und als Vorspeise Suppe. Auch das war echt super lecker! Auch Sushi gibt es hier als Mittagsmenü. Ich komm gerne nochmal. Preislich ist es hier auch voll in Ordnung. Somit kann ich das Hee Yang nur empfehlen, wenn man in der Gegend ist.

Mein Lieblings Asiate in HH. Die Thai Currys sind unschlagbar, ich esse fast immer das selbe Gericht, da es sooo gut ist.
Ein Besuch ist auf jeden Fall lohnenswert.

Sehr gute asiatische Küche und ein klasse Sushi. Der Laden wird immer sehr gut besucht und aufgrund seiner Größe Ist eine Reservierung empfehlenswert. Sehr netter Service der allerdings der deutschen Sprache manchmal nicht ganz mächtig ist. Ausreichend grosse Portionen und gute Preise. Die Atmosphäre dieses Ladens ist besser als im China Imbiss und schlechter als in einem Restaurant.

This is a very nice thai and sushi restaurant at the Lange Reihe close to the main station. The staff was kind and the food tasted good. The prices are okay. It was pretty crowded and we were lucky to get the last table. It is probably better to reserve a table in advance.
The entrance is even to the ground.

Mein Lieblings-​Restaurant in der nähe! Großes Angebot, leckeres essen, günstig (aber gutes) Mittagsessen und unkomplizierte und nette Bedienung!

Eine tolle Sushiauswahl und gute Portionen zu einem wirklich moderaten Preis.
Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, unaufdringlich fast schon rustikal aber herzlich.
Sehr beliebt auf der Langen Reihe und auch bei uns!

Nachdem ich mit meiner Verabredung erst in Wandsbek auf 40 positive Wertungen hereingefallen waren sind wir hier gelandet. Hier stimmte alles. Service, Ambiente, Preis und vor allem die Qualität. Ich würde das Restaurant bedenkenlos jedem empfehlen, der Sushi mag und nicht nur ein Lokal gut findet, weil der Tisch sich zu einem Festpreis durchbiegt.

Hier gehe ich in der Woche oft Mittagessen und nehme fast immer das Gleiche: Gäng Gai. Der Laden ist eng bestuhlt, immer gut gefüllt und preiswert. Bedienung schnell und freundlich.

Ich kam in die Verlegenheit spät abends unter der Woche noch Hunger zu haben und war in der Nähe des Hamburger Hbfs.
Außer des McD hatte nichts mehr offen. Dank Qype hab ich aber hier hin gefunden und war wirklich begeistert. Vor allem der Algensalat war spitze!!!

Kurze Rast bei Hee Yang auf eine Thom Ka ghai Suppe. Diese haben wir uns mit Rei servieren lassen. Super lecker. Nettes Ambiente– flottes Personal. Die Karte liest sich gut. Wir kommen wieder– ich glaub ich probier das nächste mal die handgemachte Frühlingsrolle ;-)

Wenn ich das höre weiß ich, dass ich in ein paar Minuten sehr lecker und günstig essen werde!
Im Kollegenkreis gehört dieses Restaurant zu unseren absoluten Mittagstisch-​Favoriten.
Schnell, günstig und sehr lecker so soll es sein. Und so ist es!

This is OK Thai food for people who are not overly fussy about Thai food.
I usually have pretty specific ideas about what the food I order is supposed to taste like. Nothing we ordered here tasted the way I thought it should have, but it was nice enough all the same.
My husband ordered the cashew chicken which was generously portioned with nuts, veggies and meat in a flavorful sauce.
I ordered a Tom Kha Gai which was a bit bland, but I soon fixed that up with some chilis in fish sauce (what they bring you in lieu of hot sauce). Was pleased. But then came my fried noodles which, in all fairness, more or less the exact same thing one gets at whatever Hamburg’s equivalent of China Box is. Sure, it had bok choy and lots of meat in it, but it was absolutely flavorless and uninspired.
We couldn’t find anything resembling Phad Thai on the menu; maybe it was there and we missed it, but I was pretty disappointed about that. None of the awesome rice noodle dishes, no Pad See-​Ew either.
For the price, I thought we could have done much better at the dim sum up the street or even at the China Wok imbiss at the train station.
The service was competent and the food was not bad, but we work hard for the little money we have and will spend it elsewhere in the future. Nothing wrong with paying a decent price for good food but that was not really what we found herejust mediocre versions of potentially amazing dishes for people without a lot of experience with Thai cuisine.

Folgende Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf das SUSHI:

das einzige was ein wenig stört, sind die Preise… und trotzdem gehe ich fast jede Woche hin ;)

Hier stimmt das Preis/​leistungsverhältnis! Die Qualität ist wirklich gut und das zu sehr guten preisen. Die einrichtung ist nicht herausragend und zu einem «dinner in love» eher nicht optimal. Auch der Service ist sehr nett, wenn auch etwas vergesslich. Macht aber den Gesamteindruck nicht kaputt.

Propre et relativement spacieux, ce petit resto aux prix modestes et à la carte bien fournie s’adresse aux «jeunes» de tout âge.

Eine klare Empfehlung für ein asiatisches Restaurant mit umfangreicher Karte, zuvorkommender Bedienung und einem akzeptablen Preis-​Leistungs Verhältnis.
Sushi und Hühnchen/​scharf standen auf unserer Wunschliste, beides kam zügig und gut zubereitet, dazu eine Fruchtschorle und ein gutes Glas Wein, entspannte Atmosphäre — so soll asiatisch essen sein.
Nun ist dierser Laden aber nicht stylisch, die Tische eher klein, die Sitzmöglichkeiten nicht besonders großzügig, so dass ich dort gern mal wieder hingehe, wenn ich einfach nur essen möchte. Zum Feiern oder für besondere Anlässe nicht so geeignet. Daher 4 Sterne.
