One of the many grillwürste (grilled sausage) stands at the Freiburg Münstermarkt.
The prices seem to be pretty uniform across all the stands, so you can feel confident that you aren’t getting ripped off paying € 2.20 for a Bratwurst. Most of the different sausages come in bread (basically just a meat glove) with the option of grilled onions.
The brats at Meier’s are ridiculously huge footlong monsters. And they’re delicious. Although the bread is in no way prepared to handle them, just lather on some spicy mustard and have at it.
