Lufthansa Business Lounge

Als Frequent Traveller habe ich Zugang zu allen Lufthansa Business Lounges dieser Welt. Um sich die Wartezeit auf einen Flug zu verkuerzen, sich notfalls nochetwas zu staerken und vielleicht auch noch eine Dusche zu nehmen, ist die Business Lounge im A-​Bereich des Terminals 1 ein netter Anlaufpunkt. Es ist oft sehr voll hier, aber die Bediensteten sind immer zur Stelle, wenn es um Sauberkeit, Nachfuellen oder Ausgeben von kleinen Spezialitaeten geht. Die Getraenkeauswahl bietet grosse Auswahlmoeglichkeiten im Stil einer Bar, das Speisenangebot reicht vom Snack ueber ein Fruehstueck mit Kaffeespezialitaeten bis hin zu einer kleinen warmen Mahlzeit. Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es viele und zwar viele unterschiedlicher Natur. Man kann am Tresen sitzen oder auf einzelnen Sesseln, auf einer Couch oder aber etwas abgetrennt in einer Art Computerraum. An Steckdosen zum Laden der elektronischen Geraete mangelt es auch nicht. Aktuelle Zeitungen gibt es am Eingang zum Mitnehmen. Ja, ich bin ehrlich, wenn ich fliege, komme ich extra einen halbe Stunde frueher zum Flughafen, um hier noch kurz einzukehren, weil es mir gefaellt.

Free food and drink, what’s not to like. They could have a place to leave your luggage while you shop but let’s not make a fuss.
A bit hectic at the standard busy times but still better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

One of the best airline lounges I have been to! The place is huge and has sufficient capacity to the handle the volume of traffic you would see at a place like Frankfurt. Unlike most US airport lounges, the place has hot food and even though I am a vegetarian, there were plenty of options. The showers were exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly as well. 5 stars.

Barista itself commends this place to get a 5 star! Absolutely perfect and all lounges should follow this fine establishment. Loved the pastry selection and the shower room was simply perfect!

The one near A26 is way too cramped. Pluses are free wifi, about 9 «business desks,» free food and free alcohol. Waaaaaay cramped bathrooms (three stalls for women). Showers are available. Not my favorite lounge…

this is the lounge near the gate 26. its qiet big but still not enough for that much passengers. it has nice confortable seats and big screen tv’s. the panorama view shows you the busiest airport of germany. i really enjoyed hotdog bufett! :) they also have a sports corner. and of course a telekom hotspot! if you have a business class boarding pass or you are a FTL just check it out! have fun! ;)
