Ein Ort an dem der Abend mit gutem Essen und nem guten Bier beginnen und auch enden kann.
Hier kommt das richtige Pubgefühl auf.

I don’t often visit the same restaurants or bars, after a while it just gets boring! However, there are a few spots that I return to every so often — the Murphy’s being one of them!
The food is not as Irish as you would usually expect it to be, but it’s still delicious and they offer weekly specials from all around the world (in addition to their normal pub grub).
You can drink a variety of beers, but the cider is what get’a me every time!
I’m not a big drinker but even I know that the variety of whisk (e)y they offer is far more than what your normal pub next door has.
All in all a great place to spend your nights and have a chat with a random stranger. The staff is also very willing to strike up a conversation, so you won’t be all on your own (if you didn’t bring friends in the first place that is)

Best Pub in town!
I don’t drink much (writing this in a review about a Pub sounds weird) but I do love good Pub grub anytime!
The Food here is excellent, the bar is extremely well stocked with regular and more rare brands, the cooks & bartenders are fast, the pricing is fair and rather cheap for Erlangen… all in all a great place to spend an evening.
Only drawback = it gets quite hot in the summer!
Oh and btw try the Pizza… I know it’s not traditional Irish Pub food, but it’s really good!

Ja wirklich das einzig echte Irish Pub in Erlangen. Schöné Atmosphäre und die Bedienungen sind wirklich immer auf Zack.
Das Essen ist auch meistens lecker.
ABER nun ein Wort zum Burger (gibt es immer nur Montags): Das Fleisch-​Patty ist selbstgemacht (JUHU, in vielen Läden die achso tolle Burger anbieten gibt es nur billig-​Tiefkühl-​Fertig-​Pattys, igitt) und schmeckt auch echt super!
Aber bei mir war der Burger letztens mit so einer typisch englischen Soße (hab den Namen vergessen) DURCHTRÄNKT. Das war pfui! Liefert doch den Burger ohne Soße und stellt dann noch né Soße extra an den Tisch, dann kann sich jeder selber draufmachen wer will!
Außerdem wär es net schlecht wenn man noch ein Salatblatt/​Tomate/​Zwiebeln/​Gurke etc. beilegen würde!
Also bitte nicht das gute Fleisch in Soße ertränken! Danke!

Bestes Irish Pub in Erlangen mit der größten Whiskeyauswahl der Stadt!
Egal an welchem Tag, der Laden ist voll. Die Bedienungen sind fit und sehr freundlich (manche auch gelernt). Die Pizza ist klasse und die Burger am Montag ein echtes Highlight. Außerdem locken immer wieder wechselnde Angebote wie aktuell das Alu Ghobi oder Chicken Mango Burrito, die immer einen Versuch wert sind.
Das Pub Quiz ist ein Heidenspaß, allerdings hat man kaum Chancen einen Platz zu ergattern-​unbedingt reservieren!
Die Preise sind ganz normale Pub-​Preise, also nicht gerade günstig, aber wie gesagt, eines Pubs entsprechend.

my favourite pub in the neighborhood. Good beer, friendly staff, the food is tasty and not too expensive. The music’ OK and not too loud. A perfect place to sit with a buddy and sip a Guinness or two. Plus, whisky tasting and pub quizzes.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe da und fanden gerade noch Platz. Getränkeauswahl ist gut, auch für Antialkoholiker. Wir hatten Pizza und Nachos mit Käse, beides sehr gut. Wobei der Käse auf den Nachos zu lustigen Unfällen führt, weil er keine Fäden zieht sondern einfach nur klebt.

War in letzter Zeit zweimal im Murphys und jedesmal roch es im Eingangsbereich nach Toilette. Liebes Murphys Team das geht gar nicht!

I’m partial since I enjoy going there regularly.
Small pub, newly renovated with a nice atmosphere and interior.
Pleasant staff, some of the food is pretty good but there is not really typical pub fare if that is what you’re looking for. Would be nice if they had some pies or fish and chips on the menu.
Toilets are clean, always appreciated when going to the pub.
Good music, mix of Irish traditional and modern, they do not blast it so it’s a great place to go for conversation and company. You can speak and listen to who you’re with without shouting or straining to listen.
Highly recommended

Nach der Renovierung wieder sehr gemütlich. Inzwischen finden auch regelmäßig alle 2 Wochen Pubquiz und einmal im Monat Whisky-​Tastings statt, beides echt klasse. Im kleinen Nebenraum rechts kann man sich auch ohne Musikbeschallung mal in Ruhe unterhalten.
Insgesamt sehr schöné tpyische Irish-​Pub-​Athmosphäre, absolut zu empfehlen!
