I wouldn’t normally review a Starbucks since they’re almost always the same /​consistent, but this one breaks the mold. Unfriendly service, below average drinks, messy, just the worst.
One time I went in and there were literally piles of mugs & random stock scattered across the floor, blocking walkways, with 3 employees standing around and ignoring it. Another time my friend clearly ordered a drink without whipped cream. They gave him cream, so he politely asked for no cream again. They didn’t remake the drink (just tried to scrape it off), didn’t apologize whatsoever, and shot dirty looks at us. ???
Instead of going here, walk 15 seconds across the street to Tchibo for better coffee for half the price and much better service.

Laut hektisch und nicht sauber! Sowohl draußen als auch drinnen! Keine Empfehlung!
Ich kann nur hoffen das es eine Ausnahme heute Abend war! Also Vorsicht und ein aufmerksames Auge ist zu empfehlen!
Das dürfte auf einige Zeit mein letzter Kaffee von hier sein.

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste erneuert werden. Die Barista sind überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Starbucks Cafes ist ein auf Kaffeeprodukte spezialisiertes und international tätiges Einzelhandelsunternehmen, welches inzwischen in fast jeder Stadt in Deutschland zu finden ist. So auch in meiner Nähe in der Schadowstraße. Was ich echt klasse finde ist der kostenlose W-​Lan Zugang in jedem Café, so kann ich mal kurz bei Facebook rein oder meine Emails checken. Und der Latte Macchiato «to go» ist echt gut.
