Kachelbar

Super Bar in einer alten Fleischerei (glaube ich), deshalb die verkachelten Wände und deshalb der Name. Liebevoll eingerichtet (alles echte Antiquitäten), von überschaubarer Größe und mit Biersorten die ich gerne trinke. Der Besitzer ist ein guter Mann der sich auch mal mit dazusetzt und mitplaudert. Sehr gemütlich und privat.

Not knowing where to go I ended up at this place and I love it. The Kachelbar was actually one of the first bars in «kreuzkölln» before the trend started and the owner of the bar still runs the bar every day/​night. The place looks tiny from the outside, but don’t be mistaken it’s actually pretty big and spreads over two levels. The lower level you can also rent for free and comes with two rooms. One cosy one with couches, a fire place, and candles and a second one for dancing and a DJ. The prices are cheap and you get free peanuts or «salzstangen» with your order. Will definitely be coming back here for some more chatting with the owner.
