In many ways, this is a great, game-​changing concept for food delivery. A changing daily menu, which you can subscribe to by email, features 2 lunch and 2 dinner options, which are pre-​cooked and packaged and loaded into a car that arrives almost instantly after you order. (The website guarantees 15 minutes, but ours was here in about 3). Fairly low prices and no delivery fee even for small orders — all brilliant. Hypothetically this is the future of food delivery!
The only problem is the food — which is rather oversold in the photos. We were disappointed that ours arrived totally cold, so the convenience of the fast arrival was offset by having to reheat it all in the oven to make it palatable. Neither of the dishes was particularly tasty, either; between the soggy overcooked vegetables, the dry flavorless rice, and the tough, chewy meat, everything in the plastic boxes both looked and tasted like airplane food. The portions were also quite small, without starters. sides, or salads as options, so when you «EatFirst» expect to eat again later.
The menu does change every day, and it’s possible that you might luck out and get a day where they’ve chosen something tastier that works well at room temperature. Most days, though, the menu sticks to fairly bland, middle-​of-​the-​road Westernized interpretations of popular international dishes. This delivery concept would work smashingly well if they went with a focused and dependable menu and kept things at the right temperature. If these guys were to merge with a Taco Truck, I think we’d all be in heaven.

Its a great service available in the main area of berlin I order twice a week normally and they are fast and good keep like this! They have a nice webpage and apps for mobile so its much faster to order.

Idee und Konzept ist toll. bin aber leider nicht ganz begeistert. Beim ersten mal bestellen lief alles Top mein Essen war in den 15 min. da. Die Aufmachung mit dem Holzbesteck usw. ist auch sehr schön. Das essen war dann leider nicht s überzeugend. Nicht ungenießbar aber erinnerte etwas an Flugzeug. Wenig Gewürzt aber dafür gibst Salz und Pfeffer dazu. Beim 2. Mal bestellen war ich sehr enttäuscht. Auf meinem Computer stand der Fahrer sei in 0 min. da also habe ich mich auf den weg ach unten gemacht. Im Hausflur kam auch der Anruf vom Computer. Unten war aber niemand. Meine Kollegin die auch bestellt hatte kam nach 5min nach da ihr essen auch ankommen sollte. Sie wurde nach einer weiteren Minute angerufen das ihr Essen gerade nicht lieferbar sei. Nach meinem Essen hat sie auch gefragt da kam der Fahrer dann endlich um die Ecke. Geschmacklich war es diesmal echt schlimm. Die Pilze habe ich gar nicht gegessen, Haloumi auch nur halb da zu salzig und hat gequietscht zwischen den Zähnen. Qinoa hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Das Essen meiner Kollegin kam dann nach 30 min auch endlich war aber nicht richtig durch.

Das essen wird wirklich innerhalb von 15 min geliefert. Ein Anruf vom Computer informiert darüber, dass man runter gehen kann und das Essen in Empfang nehmen kann. Bezahlt wird per Lastschrift, man muss also kein Geld dabei haben. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker, hebt sich von klassischem Lieferessen ab.
Wer also schnell was essen möchte, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen. 8 € sind zwar nicht wenig, aber wer in Berlin Mitte raus geht zum Mittagessen kommt auch nicht viel günstiger weg.

I ordered on the app two dishes for my colleague and myself and — litterally — 2 minutes later my phone rang to tell me that the food has arrived. So their system is like this: they drive around with a stash of their two daily dishes and deliver to who ever orders, like taxi drivers. The food was perfectly warm (hot) still, so somehow they make a great balance between cost effectiveness and speed. The food was very nice. Only downside: it’s served in a plastic holder, which a) gives a bit the reference of an airplane meal and b) is plastic so not cool for the world.
The food is in my opinion worth the price and, considering it’s delivered, very well prized. So far the fastest, tastiest and most healthy food delivery service in Berlin.

Eine gute Alternative, wenn man wenig Zeit hat. Insb. die Lieferung ist extrem gut. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und auch immer warm.
