My wife got sick after eating here. My food was nothing special. There are so many better places in Istanbul than this one. Its next to a couple of hotels, so it probably preys on tourists. Our server was great, dare I say one of the best waiters I have ever had! Place has kinda of a weird vibe.

The stars are in part because the food was decent but mostly due to the amazing server we had. All of the staff were welcoming and attentive, but he was especially fantastic, and I do him a disservice by forgetting his name. The place itself is in a great area right next to the Blue Mosque and numerous hotels. The food was decent but extremely overpriced for similar food available by comparison. That said, it tasted good and the establishment offers complimentary tea after your meal which was a nice touch. Very safe food choices which apparently work as there was no local in the restaurant when I went. A safe, if expensive bet with great service.

Mediterranean salad was well executed accompanied with a timely arrival of their free baked bread. I would thoroughly recommend the mixed Kebab platter;has plenty for 2cto share and Enjoy. Very succulent kebabs.
They have a large sit in area in the back tastefully decorated.
Great conversation and attention to detail from all the staff.

This is a reliable and fun place to eat with excellent service and good food. We sat outside as the sun set and enjoyed a three course meal paced nicely.

Fantastic restaurant with beautiful atmosphere. The food was the best I have discovered so far in 3 days in this area. It should be noted that due to their proximity to the mosque they do not serve alcohol… And it does say they have a full bar in the info section here in the Unilocal listing. That aside the food and smells from the clay oven are wonderful and the staff is very friendly and eager to meet you and share stories of you like to meet people. It is down a charming little street and finding the restaurant is half the fun. Enjoy!

Really great little restaurant. Their clay oven makes great breads and pizzas, and they serve the best traditional sherbet drink I’ve ever had. Attentive, friendly service. Would definitely go back again.

This restaurant was recommended by the carpet salesperson around the corner. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. AND THE FOOD? EXCELLENT ! Price was very reasonable. We had the mixed grill and the lamb was so good, no gamey smell. Will be back tomorrow to try another dish with a friend.

One of the greatest kitchen in İstanbul. Friendly staff speaking multiple languages. The owner Muammer is a great guy. Funny and helping about everything.
