I agree with Ming O. in that this is a tourist trap, but knowing that, it’s not a bad place to fill your tummy while you enjoy the terrace view of the Blue Mosque. We got lucky and got seating next to where the free wifi password was posted. Hubby had a beer and the grilled sea bass, I had a glass of wine(which if you’re a light weight like I am, may seem like plenty of booze for 13TL) and the lamb chops. The food was just okay. I suppose I’ve had better food for the same price, but it did come with a spectacular view of the iconic Blue Mosque during Sunset hours which was quite romantic. And really, you can pay a lot more money in other desirable places with a view that serves worse overpriced food in tourist traps. This place is a solid 2.5 in my book; I wouldn’t recommend it per say, but if you’re waiting for your custom-made leather jacket from the shop downstairs or you’ve got time to kill and you’re considering a bite to eat, this isn’t a terrible option. If you’re on a time crunch or you only want to spend your precious time and money for the best of the best, then yeah, go elsewhere.

Great terrace with predominance view of Blue Mosque and you can hear the calls to prayers in stereo from the nearby minarets! The food was tasty, not expensive nor inexpensive given the great location. The staff was both friendly and polite. Enough English was spoken to make things easy

Frankly this is a tourist trap because of the spectacular view of the Blue Mosque from its terrace. We went knowing that the food and service was probably going to be subpar and overpriced. But it’s one thing to have low expectations, it’s another to exceed them. Price wise, it wasn’t as bad as we expected. Just know the food and service is not the best. You are obviously paying for the view. Pluses include heaters and blankets for cold nights.
