Very nice outdoor seating with blankets and lovely jazz music! Wide range of Turkish cuisine with humorous waiter. Came here on a Saturday lunch and had a pleasant meal! Meal is served with bread, olives, and tea afterward

A nice place to eat surrounded by a slew of restaurants where the guys hound you to come to eat at their place. Super annoying, but this place was full and no one bothered us to come in and the dishes looked good. We ordered a few appetizer plates and all picked and quite enjoyed it. Turkish food is fresh, healthy and good so I was finding that you cant go wrong in most places in the hot spot areas. This was OK, nothing to write home about. I wouldnt seek it out to eat there, but if you are hungry and near it, its good.

Rumeli is on a street full of restaurants where most of restaurants aggressively try to snag you. We sat outside which was very pleasant(and they were very good about shooing away stray animals and people selling stuff). They started us with olives and bread. I had the chicken with cinnamon and pine nuts in tomato sauce and it was only okay. My husband had the stuffed eggplant which was much better and my daughter had the Manti which were fantastic.

Cadre chaleureux avec intérieur en pierre et cheminée qui réchauffe en hiver. Service souriant et plats de bonne qualité avec des prix corrects. Tout ça, à deux pas de la mosquée bleue et de la sainte Sophie.
