Brizo

Located inside the Hyatt Regency; our first stop every morning for breakfast before hitting the town (they also serve lunch & dinner, but we only went here for breakfast).
Restaurant has incredible views and contemporary décor. They have indoor & outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is beautiful, but despite umbrellas, its still rather warm in the morning in August.
Food is buffet style.
Drinks:
Coffee is excellent.
Freshly squeezed orange juice (there were other options, but I only had the orange juice every day).

Omelette station (made to order)
Waffle station (didn’t try)
Cereal station
Yogurt & fresh fruit station
Freshly sliced meat & cheese station
Fresh pastry station (croissants and a wide variety of bread & pastries)
Traditional turkish meats
Service was attentive.
Final note: its pricey. Similar to US breakfast hotel prices (72TL a person).
