Unique flavored lamb wood fired grilled with a nice reduction sauce or in a variety of Indian curry recipes. Raised in the mountains, locally, by the family owners, the taste is better than any in the world we have been. We have not had lamb anywhere else in Zermott, so this may be typical, but the professional, friendly service and owner’s participation would be hard to top.
