We went eating there on a saturday for some lunch. We were the only guest at this time in this restaurant. The food was good and the service was friendly but a little bit insecure. What we both really liked was the atmosphere. Because the design of the restaurant is very modern and good looking. They have wooden tables and a wall out of stones. A very good experience over all and we definetely come back for a dinner again.

Fusions-Küche vom Feinsten. Ich bin schon oft da gewesen und wurde nie enttäuscht. Der Service ist persönlich und kompetent. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

The best restaurant in Aesch, or so our local friends say. They are regulars here, and so took us on our first night in Switzerland. A very inviting patio up front offered outdoor seating, but we chose to eat inside due to our somewhat loud group.(We didn’t want to ruin the romantic atmosphere for the couples up front.) Interesting menu, with a combo of Continental cuisine, German specialities, plus Thai and indonesian dishes.(The owner/chef is Indonesian). A really nice wine list too. Through the surreal fog of that day’s jet lag I do recall a fabulous meal. My Rendang Beef was tender and nicely spiced — sort of a deconstructed version, but still excellent. And unlike most Swiss restaurants, they didn’t skimp on the spicing here. I broke into a mild sweat from my meal(that’s a good thing) The décor and design of the restaurant is clean and modern; somewhat upscale, with nice tableware and glassware. Everything felt brand new. And at the same time, they were very dog-friendly. I saw more than one dog under a table(though I’ve learned this may be a general Swiss thing, not restaurant specific.) At one point the owner came out, greeted us all, and shook each and every one by the hand, even the kids. It’s hard to get better treatment than that!
