This place is great for buying a machine or picking up thread and sewing supplies in the area. The customer service is wonderful, and they are willing to really take their time explaining the different machines to you or you can book a free one hour lesson with a sewing instructor to try out the machine you are interested in purchasing. I did this and she also showed me a few new things and gave me tips on her favorite fabric shops, which was great! It can be busy though with customers coming in and out so there were lots of interruptions, but this didn’t bother me.
I found that they were extremely honest about their machines and didn’t try to make a hard sell. I was originally looking at a more expensive machine, but when I described my needs, the salesgirl steered me towards a more affordable mode that would do everything I needed. I am really pleased with the model I chose and I feel good knowing I can take it in there for free service during the first year as part of the deal.
So, to sum it up, personable service and honest & knowledgeable salespeople make this place a favorite.
