Elegancia sueca en el local, en la música y también en la comida. Exquisitos sabores del país. Muy recomendable la caballa. Imprescindible.

If you can’t get a reservation at the neighboring Gastrologik(or you don’t have the bank account) a great alternative is this small sister restaurant, which takes walk-ins. We went at 7PM on a Saturday in June and had no trouble getting two seats. It’s a small menu of traditions dishes. The specialty of the house is delicious chicken with salad and pickled onions – simple, but excellent. This place is clearly frequented by locals as several came in to get take-out chicken. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere modern, yet charming.

This place is hard to review. We wandered by after checking out the reviews from Gastronomik. Ater entering Gastronomik, they shuttled us into this resaurant(«their bistro»). It’s hard to review because I didn’t actually like any of the two items I had, but I think It is an amazing restaurant. I started with the grilled broccoli. It was very good, but too sweet for my tastes. My partner loved it, but I couldn’t eat more than two bites, as I am not a sweet person. After that we got the potato fritata(torte). Everyone else was eating it(yes, we were following the crowd) so we decided to get it.(Afterwards when we were chatting with people next to us they said they were pushed to order it by the waiter.) Honestly, we thought it might be some posh potato pizza with tomato. It was very different from that(cream, caviar, raddish), but still very good. I enjoyed it, but It was a combination that I only wanted one slice of. My partner said he loved it, although he did not eat the rest of my food(which he does almost 100% of the time). The spacing is very crowded. You will be sitting with three other couples. But that only means you have more opportunities to make friends, of which we made many.(I promise it wasn’t our fault, but we greatly enjoyed it.)

Is a small restaurant/grocery crammed right next to Gastrologik which even has a star in the Guide Michelin! With modern design with details of copper it gives you a premium atmosphere! My friend suggested this so I didn’t really know what to expect! We got there around 13.00 and we got lucky to find the last seats, they only room abot 16 people! The service is good and consistent and the lunch meny simple! Fo appertizers you get sourdough bread which never fails! I went for the Tarte Flembeé which is pretty much a pizza on thin dough with peas and bacon! For those feeling for something fresh and light this is perfect and it tasted excellent! We couldn’t hold our hands from it when we read that they had Clafoutis with plums and classic vanilla icecream. It was amazing, the ice cream tasted homemade(probably was) and the cake was sweet and refreshing! May not be the place you swing by looking for a quick meal but a cosy restaurant to celebrate that it’s friday!

Dont know how many times we have been here! 15, 20? Never been disappointed! The food is so good and so worth its price. Each dish costs between 90 – 200SEK. Some can be chosen as a starter and some are big as a main dish. You can be satisfied even with some of the small dishes. Not too many to choose from but pretty concise wine selection. Pretty good selection of beer can always be found as well. The menu is pretty dynamic. They change at least one dish almost every week. Tarte-flambée and chicken are the ones they always have but with different recipes of course. Deserts are not to be underestimated either! Staff has always have great tips and they are the knowledge to what they are serving. The only discomfort is to sit on a bar stool! You certainly can get a backpain as you get closer to the end of your maindish and if you sit by the window on the puffy seating, you get double screwed with venous blood rushing to you feet as they hang during the whole dinner because there is nowhere to rest them. But as mentioned before it is so good so it is worth even the pain ;) It is the«bakficka» to Gastrologik, the well-deserved one Michelin star efter all. No reservations! Just to keep in mind.

Tiny place, amazing food. We went at around 8 on Friday and found plenty of space at our disposal. The salmon and the pulled pork buns were delicious as starters. I won’t even try to explain– there were many layers to the dishes, just eat it! As mains we shared the lamb with goat cheese and beets which came in a delicious cream sauce. The chicken while simply prepared was juicy and flavorful with a nice salad and mayonnaise sauce. Overall, highly recommended!

A small resturant with great food. Speceriet is the neighbouring resturant to the newly successful Gastrologik, sharing the same kitchen and quality of food. Although it may not be as classy and«fine-dining» as its neighbour, it serves delicious and simple dishes in an more relaxed atmosphere. The restuarant is small and doesnt offer alot of space, but can still be suitable with groups(2 – 4 pers). In terms of food, the menu is rather simple but offers a large diversity of foods. The ingredients are local and the dishes are fantastic. Definately worth a visit at its great location.

A true gem. If the mind boggling experience at Gastrologik is too much for you, or if you don’t have the time for it — Speceriet is the place for you. With the same kitchen as big brother Gastrologik, you can expect great food made from select produce with a keen eye and steady hand. Prices are great and the atmosphere is relaxed. Speceriet has precious few seats so be shure to leave the crowd at home and only bring your loved one or best friend. You can’t reserve a table so be prepared to wait a while in the bar.
