Their fried chicken wrap was ok. Was it a Cock-​a-​doodle «DO»? Maybe. =) LOL. It could definitely have used a bit more flavor, cheese, slaw or spice, but I did like the crispy chicken texture. If I did it again, I would have asked for extra slaw and put more of the Sriracha in it. I don’t think it was out of this world amazing, but it wasn’t that bad either!
One of their biggest detractors would be the speed of the service. It was incredibly slow. To be fair, we were at a very big event with a lot of people. Even so, I still think that for a food truck they were pretty behind on time. The wait time was like that of a sit down BBQ joint, only we were standing up in the rain! LOL. Not so much fun! =(Other than that, if they were in the same area as me and easily accessible at lunch time… I would probably give them another try.
