Pizza Hut

We decided to visit this restaurant on our last night in Stockholm. Now bear in mind Pizza Hut isn’t quite luxury back in Scotland (or anywhere else) but I figured since the Swedes are big on pizza this one might be an improvement. Big mistake.
The food took nearly an hour to arrive despite the place being half empty. They only had two staff waiting tables, one of whom seemed very inexperienced. The starter of criss-​cross fries was god awful. Severely under cooked to the point of still being raw. The pizza was dry as a bone on top and soggy as hell on the bottom, with one half more cooked than the other. To make matters worse, the bill was astronomical.
If you’re in Stockholm, find a local pizza restaurant, avoid this place.

For some reason, no matter which Pizza Hut restaurant you go to in Stockholm, they are all very slow, and this particular one is no exception. But, this is absolutely one of the worst Pizza Hut restaurants I have been to.
It has never been harder to get fast food. They always seem to be short on staff, because there is never anyone to greet you at the door, and it takes time for them to notice you (some just walk right pass you without even looking at you) and even longer to get seats. But the annoying part starts here, it takes ages to get the menu, and then you will have to wait again to order, and wait even longer to get your drinks, and so you do no have to think of when you will get your food because the steps before will take at least 30−40minutes altogether. This happens every single time I am at this restaurant, clearly their management needs some fixes before this restaurant can function properly.
One time my friends and I were so frustrated that we left because it took them 20min before we could order anything and that does not even include how long we had to wait to get seats. Then you might ask me «why have you been there so many times?» And the simple answer is that I do think Pizza Hut pizza is great and delicious, but, their service is terrible and for that reason — I will never again set foot in this particular Pizza Hut.
