Wait, what? How come I never heard of this place before? I don’t understand the low ratings because everything we ordered from the menu was very flavorful.
Appetizer was 10pcs of pan fried (toasted) dumplings with a homemade sauce. Granted there wasn’t much meat in the dumpling but the flavor was really good and the dumpling dough was thick but not too thick.
Our two main dishes were Come Back Fläsk (pork) and Sichuan beef. I love spicy food (but my partner can’t have any and since we always make it a point to try each other’s food the first time we visit a place, I can’t have the super spicy version) and the mildly spicy had some spice. If you do not like spicy food, tell them to not put any.
Come Back Fläsk was a winner. Sauteed pork belly slices with onion leeks and other veggies and the spices were really good. The beef was somehow ordinary although one of the nicer ones I have had in Stockholm.
Prices are between 150 to 200kr per order and we paid a total of 414: — for everything.
A great Chinese place that does’t stretch the budget that much.
