Had the curry chicken and stir fried rice for lunch, followed by the fried bananas with vanilla ice cream for dessert. The rice was good and was very pleasantly surprised by the curry. The bananas were big and dripping with sweetness with lots of white cream. Aside from the food, I really liked the purple velour booths. They made me feel like an Asian pimp. Also worth mentioning that the bathroom has a hair dryer, which is a nice touch — why don’t more places do that?

Decided to come here with some expat friends for Chinese New Year because I live nearby and it looked authentic. There were six of us at the dinner, and all of us were very impressed, including three who had previously lived in China. Not much décor, but the service was very friendly, and each of the six main dishes were excellent. Good value too. They serve hotpots as well, although none of us tried them that night. I had heard so many negative comments about the quality of Chinese food in Stockholm, but this was quite impressive. Will definitely go back again! Note that the local staff don’t really speak Swedish. Big Mamma is also actually quite little!
