Mutto looks just another«kvarters-sushiställe» but actually is run by a Mongolian sushi chef who used to work at Roppongi Seikoen(one of the best Japanese resturants in Stockholm) and serves good sushi for reasonable price! Their sushi rice is not too sweet or too sticky, unlike most of «SUSHI» places in Sweden, and is formed to the right tightness and size. All my Japanese friends who have tried Mutto say only good things about their sushi! It is not an gourmet sushi bar(like Seikoen or Sushi Sho) but it is a perfect place to get a quick sushifix.
