An old cinema that has been remodeled into a hotel, café, bar and restaurant. The place is very uniquely composed and they have also taken advantage of the old heritage that they have. Its plenty of different seating and its a great place for lounging over a couple of drinks. The restaurant upstairs also delivers great food in a nice package and theres no trouble bringing a large group. In fact, they have great accommodations downstairs to have a smaller conference at first and later finish it off with some food and drinks. Its a nice place to just grab a drink at or go all-in spending a couple of hours enjoying the whole package.

This place has a cool, 60s/70s vibe to it with a really open, multi-level floor plan from the lobby waiting area to the bar to the restaurant upstairs. I like that the bar is basically all standing room, it’s different but also adds to a more open social feel. It could definitely mean that this isn’t your favorite place to come with friends and just sit and relax since there are only a few seats(maybe there is more of this upstairs in the restaurant?). The bartender seemed unhappy with his life, very low energy. He kept looking at my credit card and playing with some thought but he never said anything to me. I also don’t know how many people actually hang out and drink here — we came for a meetup so we were a huge crowd but there seemed to be no one but us from later hours on. I really like the design of this place but I don’t know if I would recommend you make this your destination. Definitely be aware that you’ll be standing around the bar. It has the feel of a classic after work spot
