The Owner promised me ombré color then proceeded to color my hair completely differently and despite my not liking it she did not fix it and told me I could fix this myself. As a gift for trying to make it up to me she promised to send free products to me for which I never asked. When they never arrived I politely emailer her and she Said she forgot to send them and would I please give my adress again… which I did. Again, nothing came and i called to check and again another excuse. I am upset because she had Done an adequate job on My husband’s hair and now we Will have to look for another stylist. I do think she runs her business unprofessionally and she is verrrrry slow, undependable and i Will not go back.
