I walk into the store, no greeting from the girl behind the counter picking dead skin off her face and dropping it on the floor.
I walk up to the counter, and finally she looks away from the computer and at me
Me, «hello, I would like to exchange this»
Girl, in monotone voice, «why, what’s wrong with it?»
Me, «I imagine nothing, but I would like to change it»
Girl, «then why did you buy it»
Me, «I didn’t, it was a gift and I would like something else»
Gir, still picking dead skin from her facel, «you can only exchange, we don’t give money back»
Me, «Fine. That’s what I asked for in the first place»
MY THOUGHTS… at this point I want to through the product at her and never go back there again.
After informing the girl I received a package of 15 products and reviewed that I only want hair or skin products, no face products — she proceeds to recommend a face mask, a face scrub and a face cream. I have to remind her multiple times I do NOT want any face items.
I finally settle on an eye cream, I think at this point, while she still continues to pick dead skin from her face and toss it on the floor all over the shop, she actually realizes she has been less than helpful and throws in a free box of tea.
I have asked my husband to never buy me a gift from this store again, as the service was possibly the worst I have ever received in this city.
