Last summer I ordered from Dennys barbecue accessories for my new Röshults grill for +/-Euro 1000. Big mistake! What followed was 20 unanswered mails, 5 phone calls and fat bill from my lawyer. Not only the company missed estimated 1 – 2 weeks delivery time by four weeks(very annoying if your total summer vacation is that same four weeks), they were also able to deliver one wrong item. On top of that they overcharged my credit card by Euro 100. My calls and mails were mostly ignored. Vacation passed and I was in nuts, cursing Denny’s. Without my lawyer, I think I would still doing that.
