Coba

Going to start with all the positive points about this very charming and fun New Mexican restaurant. It’s a good /​better attempt at Mexican food here in Stockholm that I’ve tried, and coming from an LA native think it safes to say I’m a decent judge. The guacamole is good, tacos are tasty, ceviche is fair. Cocktails are very good, specifically the Gingerita and White Cosmo.
They’re taking a more upscale dining approach for the type of food served therefore do add extra ingredients and touches that aren’t totally needed (I can do without pomegranate seeds in the guacamole or Tabasco added to the Gingerita). Corn on the cob is really nice but served cold, this should really be enjoyed warm. I’ve been twice and the staff is friendly, knowledgable and handle glitches well. Second visit they had some issues with the computer issuing the wrong orders to the kitchen which delayed the food, we were updated immediately. Staff was apologetic and brought out a complimentary guacamole which was the right thing to do with hungry patrons. Ill go back and bring friends.
