Went for Saturday brunch. I don’t know if the first sitting is better but for the second sitting, the food was cold, infrequently replenished and the locale was FREEZINGCOLD. All the patrons kept their winter jackets on… not very conducive to a boozy brunch. Too expensive for what we ate and the temperature, both of the food and of the restaurant! For around 500 bucks for two, I expect more than empty bowls of guacamole on a buffet table.

Mm so-so. Not bad. Not memorable. Nice but somewhat inattentive waiters. The one closest to the waiter got the most attention(and the quickest servings) which says a great deal. Food was good but three smallish soft tacos around ~200 sek is a bit too expensive. 68 sek for each beer. Ambience ok.

I came for brunch bonanza on a Sunday with friends and we all had a good time! We took the second sitting(14:00 — 16:00) and enjoyed a great variety with a great view to hornstulls strand. The price is fair in relation to the quality of the food. For 199kr you get all you can eat plus coffee and tea. I wish I had seen more actual Mexican food though. Except for the guacamole(which was very well made) and a few other dishes, the brunch pretty much classifies under the continental breakfast.

I ordered the chicken burrito(without red pepper and added cheese). Personally, I think red peppers belong with fajitas, and that a burrito without cheese isn’t really a burrito! SO… with those changes in mind, I think It was pretty good! The pinto beans could have used a little more moisture, fat and flavor. If you’ve ever eaten real Mexican or tex-mex on the other side of the atlantic, you’ll think that this is nowhere near as good. However, sitting in the sun outside, day drinking chilled rose and eating a burrito in my sunglasses really made this a super awesome visit. I love the vibe of this place! It was a little hipstery and the branding on the menus is super cute! I suggest sitting outside by the water on a really sunny afternoon. It can almost(if you drink a lot) feel like your in Cali! Next time, i’m trying the margaritas!!! =) *insert spanish dancing girl emoji here* =)

Poor service — it took them a very long time to take orders or return with the check. Food was ok but servings were too small. Not likely to come back.

The food is pretty awful. Not just because it doesn’t have much to do with the kind of food eaten in Mexico but also because of the quality of the ingredients. My friend’s chili sauce was absurdly strong, the cod in the fish tacos was reminiscent of greasy fishstick, and the tortilla chips and guacamole tasted like… nothing. Atmosphere: like where tourists would go? Nothing remarkable. At least they have plenty of space for large groups, I guess.

Ok, Mexican food class discussed is discussed much on Unilocal. So this is not world class — this is Sweden — but definitely Sweden Class! Ok, so we ate a vegan burrito(for a weird reason, they had only vegan burrito — come on?!), their nachos appetizer that came with two salsas, a guac, a cheese sauce, and I chose three tacos, carne asada, vaquitera, and chicken tacos, and we had some more nachos and guac on the side. What a wonderful surprise! Really good Mexican aromas and flavors from the meat marinades, to the pinto marinades, the cilantro, the lime, and their amazing hot table sauces(be really careful with the red one — even if you’re crazy for that zing like me). Even their salsas was amazing: The salsa de pina de asada, the pico the gallo, really well made! So verdict — all the food was amazing and you need to check it out at once and no I’m not an employee. I was super happy. Sure, we had to wait for a really long time(30+ minutes) to even say hi to our waiter, and the service wasn’t like«Friday’s», the cheese sauce was a bit disappointing, but overall, the food was really surprising and should I really need my Mexican-fix when I’m in Sweden, I finally have a place to go to.

Great food but the margaritas and drinks leave a lot to be desired. A restaurant, or bar, should not list lime juice as an ingredient and then use a cheap mixer. I have lived in Texas and California and I know how a margarita is made and should taste. These tasted artificial and overly sweet. Sorry Calexico! Try using fresh ingredients in your drinks instead… you’ll have a booming business! *New visit recently: The drinks have improved greatly but are still not as good as they could be. The food was good, nothing to complain about but the service left a bad taste in our mouth. I would still go back but if the service doesn’t improve, my next visit may be my last. There are just too many restaurants in Stockholm to continually return to a place that gives bad service.

Food was great. We had guacamole as our app, and each the main course of tacos. I had the chicken ones which were amazing and my boyfriend had the beef ones which were okay. My margarita was great and I recommend the Mexican Logger beer! Patio was nice for a spring sun bathe.
