It was fun to eat some Polish dishes, and the restaurant was cozy. The service was pretty slow and careless on the night I tried it, but the food came out eventually, and it was good. I thought it was a bit overpriced for what it was, but perfectly adequate.

I liked the restaurant a lot, it is different from other places. I had a great soup for starter(I think they change the soup daily) and really great dumplings for main. The lady was strict(no jackets on the chair!) but nice. The place felt more like someone’s home than a restaurant, which I think was the intention. I paid 500 for starter, main, a beer, a small vodka and a coffee.

Okay so these are my reasons for a crappy review: 1) Too high expectations. I was expecting Polish food. The only thing Polish on the menu was Chlodnik(a beetrood soup, which was okay). 2) Only 4 items on the menu(17 September 2012). I have no idea if there was some sort of emergency but on this night the menu really reminded me of PRL(communist Poland). 3) Only one brand of Polish beer(Zywiec), which you can buy for yourself at Systembolaget anyway. 4) Strange staff. Spoke incoherently, had an infinite number of excuses for the crappy experience and appeared really confused. On the positive note, the food I had(Chlodnik and tenderloin) was good and the prices are decent. 250: — for a starter, main and a beer.
