An ok place for a drink but the food was pretty dire. I wasn’t expecting a lot for the price but was still pretty disappointed.
Was pretty wary when the fire alarm went off when all we ordered was a sandwich and an omelette! My sandwich came with a hideous potato salad and the omelette seemed like it had been hanging around for a while.
The lady behind the bar was very friendly though and the interior was great looking! Don’t think I would be going again though…

This is an old fashioned pub, full of tankards and brass things round the fireplace. Frequented by locals. They do good pub grub, such as scampi and chips and at reasonable prices. They have quiz nights which are fun. The staff are friendly.
