This is the place to go to if you want to catch something. The bar is so unclean it smell like a men’s toilet. Every table is fall but not with people, with plates and glass’s. I went to the toilet and one for the bar staff was in there and went without washing is hands

If you have ever been to a Harvester then you know what to expect. There is nothing particularly amazing about this particular branch but there is nothing particularly bad about it either. If you are looking for a romantic venue to take a loved one to then this isn’t the place for you, but for a quick bite to eat with friends or family it’s fine.

The food here is pretty good(as in most harvesters) but the service, not so much. I’ve been here several times and have found the staff to be pretty rude and slow. If you are looking for a harvester in the area and have the time I would suggest making the trip to old Windsor. Same food but with truly helpful staff.

I just LOVE this place! Its what i look forward to when i have to go to Langley for work. The salad bar is fab, theres so much choice from salad, bread, coleslaw. Just be sure to leave room for mains! For mains you have a choice of main, sauce and side. The menu is great, with plenty to choose from. My favourites are the onion rings and chicken wings! Oh, and you HAVE to leave room for dessert. They are heavenly! Staff are always so friendly and bubbly too! I just love love love this place!

When we lived down south, this harvester was one of our main places to eat out. We moved up north 2 and a half years ago and visited the harvester at taplow last week when we were visiting family and it hasn’t changed. It still has the same feel to it(with perhaps a little more updated décor), but the food and salad bar are still the same great quality! The early bird menu can really help you save too!

Everyone has heard of or been to a harvester and i have to say i am a great fan! I have recently been to the one in maidenhead so this review is for this specific harvester. All harvesters create the same ambience — they are rustic, homely and warm. They are also usually busy around 6pm due to their Early Bird Menu! The early bird menu means that you eat for less — it also usually means that this is when the harvester is packed solid with ids and children’s parties. That being, if you have kids go then — if you dont, its up to you whether you want to pay less but sit in a much more nosey and busy restaurant! The E. B menu is nearly everything on the normal menu including the original spit roast — but for 1⁄3 less. If you are feeding a big family then it is definitely worth it. The E. B however, does NOT run on sundays! Anyway, the staff at the maidenhead harvester were lovely, friendly and attentive. We had to wait at the bar for our table(we arrived at 6pm) and were seated by a kids party(one of many). However, by 6:30pm they had gone and it was a lot quieter. The menu at the harvester is great but you will not need a starter. This is for two reasons. The mains are HUGE. really big. Ive had: combo for one, spit roasted chicken, ribs and they have all been really big. The second reason is that with every main you get access to the all you can eat salad cart including bread rolls. Its SOOOOO good. There is healthy salad and then there is unhealthy salad such as bacon bits and oodles of sauce –what you have is up to you :) when i eat at the harvester i usually spend about a tenner on food and a few quid on cokes or a beer/wine. The price really isnt bad for the amount of food(and free salad/rolls) you get! Harvesters are always busy and i have no doubt why :)
